Warranty Terms

We use only high quality materials in the manufacture of our medical chairs. The polished aluminium, plastics and upholstery have been extensively tested to ensure long life and easy cleaning.  



For this reason, we have put the utmost trust in the design and construction of our products, which we would like to hand over to you with a 3-year warranty. So that you can enjoy healthy seating for as long as possible.

All Spinergo medical chairs are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and design flaws that may occur under normal use.

The guarantee includes in particular:

  • the construction of the chair and its mechanical parts

  • Move & Stop mechanism

  • functionality of the wheels and gas piston

  • manufacturing defects in materials and components

In the event of a legitimate complaint, we will arrange for the repair, replacement of the part or replacement of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.

In particular, the warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear on upholstery, wheels or surface parts

  • damage caused by improper use or overloading

  • damage caused by unsuitable environment (humidity, extreme temperatures, etc.)

  • damage caused by improper installation or tampering with the structure

  • modifications or changes made by the user

If there is a problem with the chair, please contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve the complaint.

The procedure is simple:

  1. Contact us by email or phone.

  2. Please quote your order number or attach proof of purchase.

  3. Briefly describe the problem and attach photos of the product if possible.

Medical specialists with many years of experience from the Clinic of Medical Rehabilitation from the Košice-Šaca Hospital a.s. conducted a clinical study aimed at assessing the properties and qualities of the patented Move&Stop system, which is uniquely used by the SPINERGO medical chairs.
