Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f trp\u00ed bolestmi p\u00e1te\u0159e a\u017e 90 % Slov\u00e1k\u016f. Nen\u00ed divu. Denn\u011b ji zat\u011b\u017eujeme. Mnohdy si ji znep\u0159\u00edjem\u0148ujeme, i kdy\u017e si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee j\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1me dob\u0159e. Jak\u00e9 jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zlozvyky, kter\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159i \u0161kod\u00ed?      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 ta\u0161ka nebo kabelka<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nejv\u00edce to asi poci\u0165uj\u00ed d\u011bti. Zvyk nosit t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 ta\u0161ky bohu\u017eel nevede k ni\u010demu jin\u00e9mu ne\u017e ke \u0161patn\u00e9mu dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, bolestem a n\u011bkdy dokonce ke skoli\u00f3ze. Je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017eit obsah ta\u0161ky a vybrat, co d\u00edt\u011b v ta\u0161ce opravdu pot\u0159ebuje nosit a co ne.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A i kdy\u017e se o tom tolik nemluv\u00ed, t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. T\u011b\u017ek\u00fd notebook v ta\u0161ce p\u0159es jedno rameno prost\u011b ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e va\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159i. P\u00e1te\u0159 pot\u0159ebuje dobrou oporu a tu j\u00ed tenk\u00e9 jehlov\u00e9 podpatky nebo \u017eabky prost\u011b nemohou poskytnout. U jehlov\u00fdch bot se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ze zad na \u0161pi\u010dky nohou a t\u00edm se m\u011bn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ha t\u011bla. Pokud si p\u0159i ch\u016fzi ned\u00e1v\u00e1me pozor, p\u00e1te\u0159 za\u010dne t\u00edmto vlivem trp\u011bt. Zdravotn\u00ed obuv nen\u00ed v\u00fdmysl, je dobr\u00e9 ji vyb\u00edrat jak pro sebe, tak pro d\u011bti. Jen tak zjist\u00edte, jak bolesti p\u0159edch\u00e1zet a jak\u00e9 cviky jsou pro v\u00e1s vhodn\u00e9.
